Osama Pimp Slaps the Truthers

Once again, he takes credit for the 19 hijackers on 9/11. Though some are calling this video a fake because he’s wearing the same clothes and they have the same background. Who said the guy was a style icon?

Oh, look. He talks about Global Warming. He must be the one behind all the left’s talking points because he echoes all of them.

In fact, the life of all of mankind is in danger because of the global warming resulting to a large degree from the emissions of the factories of the major corporations, yet despite that, the representative of these corporations in the White House insists on not observing the Kyoto accord, with the knowledge that the statistic speaks of the death and displacement of the millions of human beings because of that, especially in Africa. This greatest of plagues and most dangerous of threats to the lives of humans is taking place in an accelerating fashion as the world is being dominated by the democratic system, which confirms its massive failure to protect humans and their interests from the greed and avarice of the major corporations and their representatives.

Gosh, Al Gore must be quietly shedding a tear somewhere, like that Indian in those old ecology commercials. All those 9/11 Truthers must be crying, too.

What Our Society Has Come To

Another sad chapter in the age of media hysteria about everything.

These days, if Rian Romoli accidentally bumps into a child, he quickly raises his hands above his shoulders. “I don’t want to give even the slightest indication that any inadvertent touching occurred,” says Mr. Romoli, an economist in La Cañada Flintridge, Calif.

Ted Wallis, a doctor in Austin, Texas, recently came upon a lost child in tears in a mall. His first instinct was to help, but he feared people might consider him a predator. He walked away. “Being male,” he explains, “I am guilty until proven innocent.”

In San Diego, retiree Ralph Castro says he won’t allow himself to be alone with a child—even in an elevator.

Last month, I wrote about how our culture teaches children to fear men. Hundreds of men responded, many lamenting that they’ve now become fearful of children. They said they avert their eyes when kids are around, or think twice before holding even their own children’s hands in public.

Frank McEnulty, a builder in Long Beach, Calif., was once a Boy Scout scoutmaster. “Today, I wouldn’t do that job for anything,” he says. “All it takes is for one kid to get ticked off at you for something and tell his parents you were acting weird on the campout.”

The media sows fear, the government over hypes and political correctness demonizes men in ways that echoes the racial stereotypes of the past.

It’s time to end this madness. It’s already out of hand.

He Deserves a Lot More Time

Prosecutors who know people are innocent and still try to send them away should be punished a lot harsher than Nifong was.

How to Hide a Factory

During WWII we hid one of our major airplane factories this way. Just think what the Iranians and others can do with today’s materials.

The Dems aren’t for Real

Playing politics with people’s lives is something the Democrats like to accuse the Republicans of doing. But the same Democrats who keep giving Bush money to fight the war, while decrying it all the time, are trying to undermine any report that comes out of Iraq, which might be positive. Especially the upcoming one from General Petraeus. For once we have an effective general there, so naturally, he’s a threat to the peace poseurs.

Congressional Democrats are trying to undermine U.S. Army Gen. David H. Petraeus’ credibility before he delivers a report on the Iraq war next week, saying the general is a mouthpiece for President Bush and his findings can’t be trusted.

“The Bush report?” Senate Majority Whip Richard J. Durbin said when asked about the upcoming report from Gen. Petraeus, U.S. commander in Iraq.

“We know what is going to be in it. It’s clear. I think the president’s trip over to Iraq makes it very obvious,” the Illinois Democrat said. “I expect the Bush report to say, ‘The surge is working. Let’s have more of the same.’ “

The top Democrats — Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California — also referred to the general’s briefing as the “Bush report.”

These kind of politics over getting things done is what has bankrupted the Democrats. And these kind of games is the very thing that encourages and emboldens our enemies. They mistake the Democrats cynical selfishness as being on their side. But the Democrats always say one thing and do another.

It’s no wonder Congress has an approval rating much lower than Bush’s. At least the President is consistent.
