A New Tom Cruise Video
Alien or Strange Looking Rock?
This picture has come back from Mars. Looks like some dude taking a smoke break.
It’s highly unlikely humanoids live on Mars. All Mars pictures like the face and the bottomless hole turned out to be nothing. But it will be interesting to see how this plays out.
The Net Declares War On Scientology
Hackers have disrupted a bunch of their websites. The orgs shouldn’t have riled up the net with their censorship scheme. They may have met their match this time. And it may be their downfall.
Depending how the church responds, this may just be an appetizer for what’s to come. Hackers can do a lot more than take websites down.
The church put out a bounty on the hacker’s heads. So the hackers took down their website.
The hackers issued this declaration:
With the leakage of ‘The Church of Scientology’s’ latest propaganda video into mainstream circulation, the extent of Scientology’s malign influence over those who come to trust them as leaders has been made clear to us. Anonymous has therefore decided that this organization should be destroyed. For the good of their followers, for the good of mankind and for our own enjoyment, we shall proceed to expel them from the Internet and systematically dismantle the Church of Scientology in its present form. We recognize the ‘church’ as serious opponents, and do not expect our campaign to be completed in a short time-frame. However, they will not prevail forever against the angry masses of the body politic. Their choice of methods, hypocrisy and the general artlessness of their organization have sounded their death knell. Scientolgy have nowhere to hide, because we are everywhere. Scientolgy will find no recourse in attack, because for each of us that falls, ten more will take his place.
Scientolgy, we are waging war against you. A war unlike any war we have experienced before. A war that shall not only be known for one against faggotry but for one against uberfaggotry. A war that shall make you think twice before interfering with the tubes. A war that shall leave the name anonymous charred with respect and glory. A war that perhaps one day will be remembered as the greatest thing we have ever done.
Breakout the popcorn. This will be quite a show.
Oh, Brother
No marriage in comic books last. They can’t imagine how to make them work.
‘Spider-Man’
Spider-Man fans are up in arms over a new plot twist which erases the superhero’s 20-year marriage to wife Mary Jane.Marvel Comics editor-in-chief Joe Quesada said Peter Parker needed to return to his previous incarnation as a single geek in a bid to free him up for new adventures.
However, he admitted that fans had been outraged at the move, saying: “When we first did it, the reaction was, ‘How could you do this? This is a terrible thing to do.
“But with the first issue of ‘Brand New Day’ [this week’s edition in which Spider-Man becomes single], our letters very quickly changed to people saying, ‘This is fantastic. This is the Spider-Man we remembered. We didn’t know what we’d been missing’.”
The storyline sees the couple strike a bargain with the evil Mephisto in a desperate attempt to reverse an injury suffered by Parker’s Aunt May.
They agree that all memories of their romance will be wiped in exchange for May’s good health.
As far as breakups go, that has to be one of the weakest excuses I’ve seen.
Goodbye, Fred
Fred Thompson has dropped out of the race.
He said he doesn’t want to be VP, but they all say that. I think he would make a great VP for anyone who needs to carry the Southern states. And it’s looking like Romney and McCain will be duking it out for the nomination. I think Romney will win that match. McCain has too many detractors on the right and many perceive him as too old.
Thompson would make either look more legit to people on the fence (on the right). I think Giuliani will be out soon if he doesn’t do good in teh next couple Primaries. Super Tuesday is in two weeks. We should see the bottom people drop out by then. I suspect Ron Paul may stay in longer than that. He may do better than many have predicted. We shall see.

Scary!!
New James Bond Covers
Artist Michael Gillette has done a series of covers for new James Bond Hard covers. They’re tremendous. Especially if you love 60s pop art stylings.
CJ7 Trailer
Stephen Chow has a new movie out. This one is a sci-fi comedy. It’s sort of a spoof of ET.
If you’re not familiar with the name, he did Kung Fu Hustle (one of my favorite films of the last couple years) and Shaolin Soccer.
Top 10 Most Bizarre Videos
Artsy and strange. Naturally, David Lynch has two in there.

Want to See Something Really Creepy?
Check out the comments section of this thread.
I think the internet is going to be the death of a certain religion. The spotlight is upon them and all they’re doing is riling up the natives.
