Vote Fraud in NY
If you think the Clinton machine is above vote tampering, this might change your mind.
Black voters are heavily represented in the 94th Election District in Harlem’s 70th Assembly District. Yet according to the unofficial results from the New York Democratic primary last week, not a single vote in the district was cast for Senator Barack Obama.
That anomaly was not unique. In fact, a review by The New York Times of the unofficial results reported on primary night found about 80 election districts among the city’s 6,106 where Mr. Obama supposedly did not receive even one vote, including cases where he ran a respectable race in a nearby district.
City election officials this week said that their formal review of the results, which will not be completed for weeks, had confirmed some major discrepancies between the vote totals reported publicly — and unofficially — on primary night and the actual tally on hundreds of voting machines across the city.
In the Harlem district, for instance, where the primary night returns suggested a 141 to 0 sweep by Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, the vote now stands at 261 to 136. In an even more heavily black district in Brooklyn — where the vote on primary night was recorded as 118 to 0 for Mrs. Clinton — she now barely leads, 118 to 116.
In New Mexico, a Clinton supporter “borrowed” three ballot boxes for a night after they were collected.
It seems they will go to any extreme to win. But will it be enough with the massive groundswell pushing Obama forward? Voter fraud can only get you so far.
It would be great to see Clinton knocked out so we’ll see less of this stuff in the real election in November.

The New Clone Wars Trailer
I just saw Hayden Christiansen in the new Jumper movie, which was decent except it was basically a set up for two more movies. Could have used more character development. But I haev always loved the idea of teleportation.
Bio Shock Meets Ayn Rand
The computer game Bio Shock, which you’ve probably seen the commercials for, even if you don’t play computer games, is an amazing experience that takes you to an underwater city built by a mad billionaire in the 1940s. The story itself takes place in 1960, when things have gone seriously wrong. And the experience is fascinating. From the familiar music of the era to the amazing art deco interiors, this is not your ordinary shoot em up game. Especially when you find out that the story is also about objectivism. Ayn Rand’s philosophy. The villain is kind of a John Galt gone mad. But the game’s not a critique of Rand, more of an homage. This article in talks with the creator of the game, who explains it all.
It’s really worth checking out if you’re a gamer and weren’t sure about it. I especially like how the story is a kind of commentary on first person shooters. It makes you question what you’re doing, and yet, it is not preaching anti-violence. It is merely a thinking person’s game.
