If she did her own programming, she’s a kick-ass synthesist, never mind the chops.
Japan is one of the few places to still be producing decent prog rock.  Wouldn’t mind seeing this girl team up with Keiko Kumagai of Ars Nova....

The problem seems to be with integrating the bass line.  Let’s see...a barn-burner by one of the best three-piece bands in the world and she’s going to do it solo...and she’s apologizing that she finds it a bit difficult to footpedal Geddy’s intricate bass line at the same time she plays Alex’s insane guitar part all while syncing with the drum line.
I am agog.
There’s also another clip of her at the site playing “Carry On” shot at another time, and it’s interesting how she handles the solos and voicing differently--she’s no “practice robot.”
