American Idol Finale

Well, it looks like Jordin will win unless Blake has more fans. They both did well, but I can’t say I felt it was the kind of competition we saw last season. I was not that involved. I wanted to see Melinda win, but I guess the teenagers wanted someone closer to their age.

Tomorrow should be interesting. Taylor Hicks will perform and pass the torch. Last season’s closing show was incredible. I’m really wondering how this season’s will be. Expect to see the top 10 perform. 

The final song, the one from the songwriting competition, really sucked. Jordin sang it better (I’d still like Blake to win), but it was really just an awful song.

I’m looking forward to seeing Taylor perform!

That winning song did suck.  Looked like Blake didn’t want to win with that song being his first release.

I really don’t care who wins.  My daughter picked Blake and Jordin to be in the finals once the 12 were picked.  She told me she wished she had put some money on it. 

I’m looking forward to Taylor.  Last year’s finale will be hard to beat.  The funniest, still, was the guy who thought he was the next Clay Aiken.  I still laugh when I think about his reaction when he saw his ‘idol’.

wish they made teh seasons available om DVD. I would love to have that season finale (for season 5).

Yeah, that winning song was the typical lame pap they always trot out as the winner’s song. Yuck. Have they no taste at all?

Maybe DIMYP is what killed interest in Taylor’s CD.
