American Saucers

Did a Canadian Aeronautics wizard create a working flying saucer for the military in the 1950s? According to this article, he had.

  1. I just don’t see that type of propulsion being practical and I think the videos prove that.  Not to mention that it could be dangerous to anyone underneath it.

I think “lift” will come from something anti-gravity.  A force that counteracts the earth’s magnetic pull. We just don’t have the technology yet (or it’s a government secret).

I Vongoed the movie “Lost in Space” after finishing Sphere so now I’m in a spacey mood.  <grin>

  2. I think anti-gravity is something we will figure out eventually, once we really understand what it is. Just as anti-matter will one day be useful to generate energy. We’re a lot closer to understanding these two things than we ever were.

  3. I’d guess we’ll hit anti-grav first....fair enough?
