Annoying Cell Phone User

I LOVED TRIGGER HAPPY TV!  That was one of my favorite parts of the show (besides the two duelling men in dog suits).  Any time I hear that exact cell phone ring, I would mock it in the same exact way (only not so loud!).

Was that the show that had people in animal costumes doing things to annoy people? They did one I thought that was funny where they had people planted all over a restaurant, and when a certain 60s song started playing on the PA system, they all jumped up simultaneously and go go danced like in an Austin Powers film. It was pretty funny.
