Build Your Own Stonehenge

They have a replica of a completed Stonehenge in Oregon I wan to check out now that I am up here.

  1. The Stonehenge replica is about 100 miles east of Portland, but in Washington, near the Maryill Museum.  The museum is fascinating, with its Native American artifacts and the Rodin Gallery.

    It’s incredible to think Sam Hill built that place as a house for his wife.

  3. Yeah, Oregon likes to claim the river.  If you look at a map, you’ll see the state line is closer to the Washington side.  Greedy Oregonians!  wink
