Samurai Swords vs objects in slow motion
That’s an incredible demonstration of the Phantom HD video camera! It’s also really fascinating to see a samurai sword in real-time action (The one with the juice bottle was mind-blowing)!
Before the Phantom, there was (and still is) the D2 camera, which Tsuburaya Productions used to make the Ultraman TV shows since ULTRAMAN TIGA in 1996 (though they started using it in GRIDMAN in 1993). It’s very good at rendering real-time speed into slow-motion (unlike video cameras in the past), though it probably has nothing on the Phantom HD.
