Disneyland 1956

A family filmed their trip to Disneyland in 1956 and the father edited it together in 1995 and narrated it. 

1. What a great home movie! 

   We went to Disneyland in 1987 and Rocket to Mars and Autopia were still there.  Rocket was quite a let-down, after just getting out of Star Tours.

2. Rocket to Mars was ahead of its time, when it came out. But by then, it was nothing special.

   My favorite rides were always Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion, which were next door neighbors. I also liked the 20,000 Leagues under the Sea ride as it was.
