Muslim Intolerance DuJour

They like to complain about how intolerant we are of them and how we should “accommodate” them (as in kowtow to their “special needs"). But they aren’t quite as accommodating in one of their home countries.

The letter “X” soon may be banned in Saudi Arabia because it resembles the mother of all banned religious symbols in the oil kingdom: the cross.

The new development came with the issuing of another mind-bending fatwa, or religious edict, by the infamous Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice — the group of senior Islamic clergy that reigns supreme on all legal, civil, and governance matters in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In Saudi Arabia, all other religions are banned. So now they even want to ban words with English letters. How progressive.

  1. These people have been off the damn deep end since AD 622. And it’s getting worse and worse. Therefore, so that there is no misunderstanding, here’s a phrase which doesn’t have any “X"s in it:
    Islam delenda est.

  2. After 14 centuries, they finally figured out what the X in Xmas stands for!

I’d love to see the CPVPV when they have to start editing all those imported algebra books ("Solve for x...").
