I really hate people like this woman. We have too many fanatics telling us what’s “normal”, and these people are insane.

I DID notice that, to the question “even if she [Jordin] is more talented she should lose because she’s a little heavy” or “you would prevent her because she’s [bigger]"…

...this fool NEVER ANSWERED THAT QUESTION. She dodged, bobbed, and weaved and never answered the question.

As much as I endorse living a healthy lifestyle, that woman is just wrong. All season watching American Idol I never once thought of Jordin as being overweight, and even if she were I wouldn’t hold it against her in a singing competition or anywhere else for that mattter. She even used the argument that young girls will want to emulate Jordin’s look. Well, as a parent would you rather have your daughter emulating Jordin Sparks or Lindsay Lohan?

Jordin looks great.  She is not the stick figures that are pushed down the throats of America’s teen girls. 

I’ve seen where a lot of feminists and the LLL crowd don’t like Jordin because she is a Christian.  She also is anti-abortion and apparently once sang at a rally.  There was a picture circulating of her with a stop sign that read ‘stop abortion now’.

I finally got a chance to watch the finale.  Well, I FF through most of it.  This year’s finalists didn’t get much face/song time at all.  Taylor was in great voice.  Liked seeing him the best.  James, I enjoyed your recap.
