Ron Paul’s Reverse Money Bomb

This could be very bad for the country, even though the intent is a good one.

The dollar is being devalued by the fed by making money so cheap. It is bad for the US in many ways, mainly for the working and middle classes. But I’m not sure this is really a solution. This could cause bank runs and other disasters we don’t need right now.

What do you think?

1. The weather man predicts it is as cold outside as Ron Pauls ideas and Hillarys heart.

   Why are the real important questions not asked during this election? Why are our chosen leaders wasting our time talking about style instead of substance? Are people voting with their hearts, instead of their heads?

   Let’s talk about jobs.
   America has more oil in Alaska, the Gulf States and the West Coast than all the resources in the Middle East.

   We have huge deposits of shale oil east of the Rockies.
   Many American jobs could be created overnight; if only our elected Congressmen and Senators would allow Americans, to harvest our own resources. China is drilling for oil 80 miles off the coast of Key West!

   We have many idle military bases to build refineries and electric nuclear production facilities.

   We could build wind farms off many coastal areas.
   Solar and Geo-Thermal energy is another possibility.

   Imagine if you will the cost benefit of spending American dollars for American jobs to protect our future for our children.

   Why are politics, standing in the way of common sense, in the elections of 2008?

   JFK decided we were going to put a man on the moon and we did.

   Where are the real leaders of today?

2. Yep, the so called leadership we have now is a joke. Of course, the answer to why we’re not drilling for oil in the US is rather simple, politicians created bureaucracies like the EPA (Nixon signed it into law) and now they are running scared to do anything that would label them anti-environmental.

   They don’t have teh guts to do what is needed to solve pur energy problems in a timely manner. Instead they give lip service to bogus ideas like Global Warming which is a Luddite’s dream.

3. This is very, very interesting.  I’m certainly going to spread this far and wide, but I’m going to have to delve into this more, before I make a decision.

4. Bad idea. I supported Ron Paul, and I doubt this comes from him. Heck, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was put together by people to discredit him. It’s THAT dumb of an idea.

   Our leadership is infantile. We are right and truly fucked. Think Bush was dictatorial? Wait until we get Obama…
