They are Insane

The GW Promoting bureaucrats of the EU have made another stupid declaration.

BARMY Euro MPs are demanding new laws to stop cows and sheep PARPING (farting).

Their call came after the UN said livestock emissions were a bigger threat to the planet than transport.

The MEPs have asked the European Commission to “look again at the livestock question in direct connection with global warming”.

The official EU declaration demands changes to animals’ diets, to capture gas emissions and recycle manure.

They warned: “The livestock sector presents the greatest threat to the planet.” The proposal will be looked at by the 27 member states.

If, as they say, that animals produce more greenhouse gasses than cars, that should tell you how benign these gasses are. After all, they are a product of nature and if the planet was going to be affected by such things it would have been a long time ago.

But the truth is, this kind of stupidity is no where near the worst of what they will come out with. Soon they’ll be telling humans what they can eat. This is why we really need to stop this blobal warming madness before it really gets out of hand.

2. I was thinking about this the other day and did a little calculation. The average human exhales 500 ml of CO2 per breath and breathes about 12 times per minute. That means a person exhales 6L per minute, 360L per hour, 8640L per day, 3,153,600L of CO2 per year. Now multiply by 6 billion people and consider that humans are a very tiny portion of all the air-breathing, CO2- exhaling creatures on earth. I’d say all that CO2 dwarfs any industrial output we could muster.

   I thought it might be a good idea to point that out to some GW alarmists to give them some perspective on the matter, but they would probably just use that as a reason to suggest that people should just stop breathing to save the planet.

4. Most probably if thy succeed there will be regulations like 5 breaths a minute and to inforce that they will use helicopters.

6. But, but, but, they MEAN well; they are trying to save the planet. And, that means anything they do is sacred, holy, and we must never criticize them.

   Seriously, they do these ridiculous things so that can feel good about themselves, and so that they can claim to be trying to “save the planet”. So, it does not matter whether or not what they propose will really “save the planet”.  And, we cannot expect them to do what they propose; they are our betters, and they must travel and consume to “save the planet”. We must do as they tell us, without question, and with much gratitude and appreciation.
