Stalker Available for Free Online

James Hudnall created a comic in the early 1990s about a Serial Killer who kills serial killers long before anyone else took up the idea. Now he's making the comic available to read online for free. The comic is called Stalker. Here is the promo.

2 To the Chest Nears Completion

TrigsYears in the making, supernatural crime thriller 2 To the Chest is almost complete says James Hudnall. The script's done. The artist, Jose Aviles is just finishing the final pages then all that's needed is a few issues coloered and lettered. Plans are to collect the book sometime in 2009. TBA.

The book concerns a young cop named Troy Geist who is shot twice while pursuing a murder suspect. Troy has a near death experience where he leaves his body and sees the suspect hide evidence in bushes a block away from where he was shot. When he recovers weeks later, Troy goes looking for that evidence to see if it was really there. In finding it he unleashes a Pandora's box of trouble as several mysterious groups try to get it.

But what are they so interested in finding?

As the mystery unfolds it has less to do with a simple crime and may have implications for all mankind.


Trigs in 2009!

TrigsTrigs to be published by Devils's Due Comics in the US in 2009.

TRIGS was originally published in France by Humanoids. Art by Mark Vigouroux. It was a three issue series that ran from 2003-2005. Devil's Due plans to publish it in America in 2009.

The story concerns genetically-modified veterans of a war against alien invaders. Years have passed since they defeated the enemy. But now, these heroes are up against a conspiracy which is having them killed. When Ares is accused of murdering his best friend, he sets out for answers. Set 30 years in the future against a war torn landscape where civilization is being rebuilt after an intense war, all the rules have changed. Major governments no longer exist and the aliens we defeated have left their mark on the world on the form of Xenozones, areas uninhabitable to humans.


The Psycho at Universal

Trigs Universal Pictures has purchased the rights to produce The Psycho graphic novel as a feature film. Chris Morgan has been signed on to write the film. Morgan is known for writing the last two Fast and Furious movies, as well as Wanted which was a big hit in the summer.

The Psycho was originally published by DC Comics in 1991. It was written by James Hudnall and illustrated by Daniel Brereton. A trade collecting the work is available from Image Comics and can be purchased at the store.

The story concerns a CIA agenct assigned to watching superhumans, nicknamed "psychos", that work for foreign governments. When he is exposed as an agent and is behing hunted, he has to become the one thing he despises most to survive. He becomes a psycho.
